    Just turn the potentiometer by very small amounts. It does not take much to increase the current.

    When was the last time you aligned the lead screws? Your x-axis arm could be slightly binding up as it raises on the z-axis. Could also try increasing the current on the z-axis stepper driver. But make sure the printer is OFF while doing that. Otherwise you run the risk of frying the arduino board.

    Just downloaded slic3r and checked, not sure if there is actually a way. Might want to reloading our configuration settings. Or switching to Cura. Slic3r is an older software and not updated much. We no longer create updated Slic3r profiles.

    What are your current settings? Like retraction, print temp, print speed? If you have a chance, could you remove the hotend from the extruder and inspect the PTFE tubing?

    You could try a cold pull to clean it out a bit. Here is a video on cold pulling. Might also need to replace the nozzle. A worn nozzle can cause printing issues.

    Try doing a PID tuning. This will basically dial in the thermistor so it can keep better control of the temperature. Here are instructions on how to do that. You can also try turning down your part cooling fan. This will help the temperature stay regulated.
