I've been playing around with making a stand for some electronics for a robot project,...that might come to fruition in the future. The stand is several layers of printed hexagonal meshes and standoffs joined by threaded rods and nuts. The whole thing is supposed to fit in a tall cylinder case with the electronics on the various levels. The mesh allows for an easy run of the wiring. Well, for now it will sit on my counter looking pretty,..
