Dual Extruder Ooze

#1
I'm having trouble with the dual extruder preventing ooze and knocking previous layers. One head is about .08 mm higher than the other (which is fine) however when ooze forms on one it drags and knocks down previous walls and infill. Is there a better way to prevent ooze on the infill extruder?

I've tried messing with the retraction length and acceleration but I can't seem to find a decent fix.

I'm running ColorFabb PLA and Matterhacker PVA

Any thoughts?

One thing people do is make the skirt really high. This way, the nozzle wipes upon it.

Not entirely unrelated, there is an actual wipe function.

How is PVA working out for you? I hear it can be a pain. I hope to use HIPS in the future, or print in PLA and ABS and then wash the PLA away in hot water. (Or, officially, using sodium hydroxide in an ultrasonic cleaner.)
