I think I have the most recent version of marlin. I though there is a way to export or import your bed leveling points but not sure where that option is hiding, I use either cura or simplify3d…
Also want to clarify, is it necessary to run bed leveling each time you power on the printer. I think it would be. Here is also a detail I’m not sure of. When the printer is powered I don’t think it necessarily means the steppers are enabled and holding, if not then one side or the other can coast if you accidently do something or gravity wins a little…
When would one want to save and load settings for sure.
