It's a standard j-head and other hotends should also fit the same hole in th eacrylic (e3d, makergear etc..). You can get them from www.hotends.com
If hotends.com happens to be sold out (they are not at the moment) I just received my J-head from 3dmakerworld.com. I cannot yet comment on the quality, but it is not a knockoff. Keep in mind that, mine at least, requires the end user to assemble the power resistor, thermistor, and those wires although it comes with all those components, no wire though Get oven wire from McMaster. You will to purchase a small amount of Kapton tape separately.
