Printed files for the heated bed?

Hi, I ordered a while ago the heated bed kit but I never got the printed parts shown here http://forum.gcreate.com/index.php?attachments/hardware-jpg.834/

I tried looking in the download section but couldn't find the STL for those files. Any idea where I could find them? Thanks!
