Severe Under Extrusion

Help! I need to get this moster printing properly so I can get orders our for my orthotics customer. I have worked with lots of different printers, and never had this much trouble getting a printer running properly. Oh ya, enjoy my beautiful nails! Anyways, any help is greatly appreciated.

Well Joshua took a lot of time and worked with me to figure out this problem. Very impressed with the customer service! Here was the fix:

"If you go to Menu>Control>Filament, you have E in mm3 turned on. This seems to be normally turned off on our in-house printers. I tested the spiral g print with that on and off. When it was off, it printed normally. But when turned on, I was getting severe under extrusion. This could the cause of your issues."
