You can try to run a PID tuning on your printer. It will dial in your thermistor to be able to read temperatures better. Hereis a link on how to do the pid tuning. But we dont usually go over 80% fan speed on cooling.
Thanks Joshua I'll give that shot. Either way always good to have every dialed in more precisely. Not sure that's my problem seems kind of weird that S3D keeps trying to turn my part cooling fan full speed when the settings aren't set that way. I also deleted the j-head nozzles maybe somehow S3D was trying to slice with them instead of the E3D settings not sure haven't got a chance to try re-slicing my print.
