What's the right STL file size?

I haven't seen many people mention it, but most of the STL files for the gMax printer are not the correct sizing. Does anyone know the correct size it needs to be in order to use them?

For the STL's that are really small, you'll want to scale them up 2540%; because there are 25.4 mm in 1 inch.

I've scaled parts up by that amount and they printed out at the right size.
