Most connection issues are caused by not having the necessary device drivers installed.

Head over to https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software and download the latest version of the arduino IDE. Be sure to include all device drivers with the download.

Hello,
I'm struggling with connecting to my printer even though I have downloaded the latest version of Arduino with all the drivers. The USB port name changed to Arduino Mega 2560 so I can assume that the driver was successfully installed. However I still can't connect through simplify 3D.
What happens when I press connect: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-sr-y ... sp=sharing
Any advice or solutions would mean a lot to me.

Thank you!

B.White,

Set the baud rate to 250,000. 9600 will not work.
