Fan not working

Hello,

My fan hasn't been working for a while and I need some assistance. My fan is connected as shown in the User Guide. I've tested the connection with a multimeter as well and it doesn't seem to ever go above 1V regardless of the setting 0-255. Any assistance would be helpful.

If you test the screw terminals of the RJ-45 breakout board inside the electronics box, do you read 12V when it is set to 255?
