Couple structural questions

First of all great design. I caught sight of this at the World Maker Faire in Queens and was very impressed.

What is the extrusion size for the Y and X axis?

Are there vector files available for the acrylic parts?

Are the rollers the standard 80/20 linier motion rollers? They look a bit different.
